PtPtn or PtPtpu

Now im in module 4....and can you believe it, i didnt receive any payment from ptptn yet...all my frenz(same module)have recieved their second payment and third payment are coming its way...i???still dont get anything....so sad...and im so angry...long ago(last year)klmu said ptptn had made a mistake, by unprinted my agreement....my name are out of list(they had left my name)...but no one are apologize to me...either klmu or ptptn...they said i must waited until that ptptn print out my agreement...with patiently i've wait for tht...but after 2 or 3 months nothing happend...ive called klmu,they said i must waited....wait wait n wait again...im became fedup with this...so many times i called klmu 2 get an information or kind of action but the answer still same...'wait n i'll called u 2 informed this'...rubbish!!not even a time they called me...have just me called for them...
And with all my very fery patiently....they called me one day(if not mistake last month), they said get down to sign an agreement(that time at 4pm)can u believed??4pm....and they want i signed all agreement by tht day!!!in one hour??not with that but i must get my parenti i/c fotocopy by that day or next day morning...i feel so panic coz i didnt have any piece of my parent i/c in my hand!!they said...u must get tht or they'll not send my agreemnt to ptptn..with all my patient, i've got this??at that nite, i've called my parent to fax tht fotocopy to klmu...(im afraid that klmu didnt recieved,coz that situation happend to me once).
and now i still dont get my payment yet...
Even my family can give money to me,but i dont want to trouble them again...i want stand in my own feet.
*if i tell this to my sister, i'm sure she will take an action to klmu or ptptn, but i wont tke this thing more seriously....let it be by its way.(my sister is Profesor in UPM)
